I've been taking this product for over 2 months now and whilst I noticed a massive increase in energy straight away, I waited to post my review to see if the benefits would be long lasting and they definitely are. Massive increase in daily energy without any burn out. Noticed an improvement in gym performance and more importantly, have energy to spend quality time with my family. I have tried all 3 flavours and each are a 10/10 in my opinion and love the fact they mix so easily. The shaker is also of great quality and love the convenience of the handle on it.
